Capture an Order {#wc-capture}

Follow these steps to capture an order when the `Unified Checkout` transaction type is set to Prefer Authorization.

1. Find and open the order from the list of orders.
2. You must use one of these methods to capture the order:
   * Click Capture Charge.
   * Change the order status to `Processing`, and then click Apply.
